Terms and conditions

• The Electrolux, Why Settle promotions (“Promotion”) by Electrolux as set out in https://www.electrolux.com.my/promotions/ _(“Site”) is valid for applicable purchases made from 1^st Aug 2023 until 30^th September 2023. The Site will set out the rules and steps to participate in further detail.  These terms and conditions as well as those set out in the Site will be applicable for participation in the Promotion.

Promotion period

• 1^st Aug 2023 until 30^th September 2023 (inclusive of both dates)

Gift with purchase (GWP) redemption

• Buy selected Electrolux products (which will be expressly stated) within the Promotion Period and thereafter redeem your gift at https://www.electrolux.com.my/promotions/ultimate-deals (“Redemption Promotion site”)
• The said gift applicable for redemption is the Electrolux product listed below.

• The entry form for redemption must be submitted within seven (7) working days from the invoice date. For example, if the date of the receipt is 1st August 2023, the submission of redemption must be no later than 11.59pm on 10^th August 2023, failing which you are not eligible for the gift and will render invalid or void the said redemption.
• To ensure that the validity of the said entry form, the participant must in each submission complete and submit all information required in the said entry form and provide a copy of the purchase receipt in the Redemption Promotion site.
• Customer phone number must match those printed on the purchase receipt or invoice details submitted through the Redemption Promotion site such as name (as per NRIC/passport), NRIC or passport number (for non-Malaysian), delivery address & contact phone number must match those printed on the purchase receipt or invoice.
• The GWP is not refundable and not exchangeable for cash/credit/other items or vouchers, in part or in full.
• Pictures of the gift featured in the promotion’s marketing collaterals are for illustration purposes only. Customers will not be able to choose the colour of the gift.
• The GWP for this promotion shall be on a “first come, first served” basis and while stocks last only.
• All successful submissions who are entitled to the GWP will receive the GWP within 30 working days after entry submission. Installation of gift is not included.
• Appointed representatives of the Promotion will get in touch with entrants with successful submissions to arrange for the shipping and fulfilment of the GWP.
• Entrants are required to provide valid original receipt(s), contact details, passport/NRIC of themselves and any other details that may be deemed necessary and relevant for the Organiser in its sole discretion, as and when requested/notified by the Organiser for the purposes of verification. Proof of mailing, faxing, or delivering (in any manner whatsoever) any details to the Organiser does not denote proof that the Organiser has received such details.
• For customers that have purchased from (1) https://www.electrolux.com.my/, (2) Electrolux official store on Lazada (https://www.lazada.com.my/shop/electrolux/), or (3) Electrolux official store on Shopee (https://shopee.com.my/electrolux.os), there is no requirement to register in the redemption form as our backend system will fulfil the GWP based on your order’s delivery information
• Organiser shall not be liable to any participating parties or any third party for any costs, expenses, damages, liability and/or injury arising out of or in any way connected with this Promotion.

Other terms

• By participating in this Promotion, you consent to the Organiser using and/or publishing your name, content, and any photos or videos related to this Promotion on the Organiser’s Social Media channels and any other publications.

Eligibility

• Open to residents of Malaysia aged eighteen (18) and above.
• Employees of Electrolux Home Appliances Sdn Bhd and their immediate family members as well as its agencies and sales agencies are not eligible for this Promotion.
• Promotion is only applicable for purchases made in Malaysia during the Promotion Period.

Rights of organiser

• Organiser reserves the right at any time to cancel and/or change the terms and conditions, gifts and plans at their discretion without any prior notice. Organiser shall not be held responsible for any claims at all incurred by the winner as a result of this cancellation or change.
• Participants consent to their personal information being used for marketing purposes and to fulfil disclosure requirements related to the Promotion.
• The rewards or gifts are not transferable to another party nor exchangeable for cash/credit/other items or vouchers, in part or in full.
• By entering the Promotion, you conclusively are deemed to have agreed to be bound by the rules, terms and conditions (“Rules”) applicable to the Promotion. You also accept and agree that this is an irrevocable condition of entry.
• The Organiser reserves the absolute right to reject incomplete and/or incorrect redemption submissions.
• Organiser shall have the sole discretion in determining the type and brand of the gift or to replace the gift with an item of similar value if the gift item is out of stock without any prior written notice.
